What To Expect?
At your first massage therapy session, the practitioner will ask you about any symptoms you may have (like low back pain) and will also ask questions about your medical history. The practitioner may also initiate a discussion about what you expect to achieve from the massage session.
Meet our team
Licensed massage therapist Artem is committed to providing highly professional, soothing massage. A graduate of the prestigious Swedish Institute, he has worked in a number of spas throughout New York as a practicing therapist and spa director. Artem is trained in a variety of massage modalities, and specializes in deep tissue, medical, and sports massage. He combines the best techniques in massage to provide healing, stress-relief, and relaxation to all his clients.
Ronald attended the Adventist University of Health Sciences, where he earned his degree in physical therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Philippines Physical Therapy Association and the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Ronald treats a range of conditions, and is eager to help the wider community receive the care they deserve. He is dedicated to help patients receive the treatment they need so they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.
Alexandra is a massage therapist and personal trainer. She works one on one, or in conjunction with a support team to meet client wellness goals.
She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute Massage Therapy and Advance Personal Training Program, specializing in orthopedic, sports, and prenatal massage as well as corrective exercises for injury and postural dysfunction.
In addition, she currently coaches local NYC teams for marathons and half marathons. Prior to her work as a Massage Therapist, Alexandra has earned a BA in individualized studies at NYU.
