What To Expect?
At your first massage therapy session, the practitioner will ask you about any symptoms you may have (like low back pain) and will also ask questions about your medical history. The practitioner may also initiate a discussion about what you expect to achieve from the massage session.

Licensed massage therapist Inna has a passion for helping her clients improve their overall well-being through therapeutic whole-body massage.
She graduated from the prestigious Swedish institute, and has since polished her skills at a variety of high-end spas and physical therapy clinics.
Well-versed in Shiatsu, reflexology, myofascial release, and Swedish massage styles, among many others, Inna blends the most effective techniques to provide each client with a custom session every time.
Ronald attended the Adventist University of Health Sciences, where he earned his degree in physical therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Philippines Physical Therapy Association and the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Ronald treats a range of conditions, and is eager to help the wider community receive the care they deserve. He is dedicated to help patients receive the treatment they need so they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.
Alexandra is a massage therapist and personal trainer. She works one on one, or in conjunction with a support team to meet client wellness goals.
She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute Massage Therapy and Advance Personal Training Program, specializing in orthopedic, sports, and prenatal massage as well as corrective exercises for injury and postural dysfunction.
In addition, she currently coaches local NYC teams for marathons and half marathons. Prior to her work as a Massage Therapist, Alexandra has earned a BA in individualized studies at NYU.

Tammy enjoys working with elderly clients and will gladly meet with them at their homes and/or assisted living facility as appropriate.
A firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind, Tammy is an advocate of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
